First Impression Studio
Here a level system is used for pricing for hair services.
This allows the guest to control both the level of experience and the amount you desire to spend.

Prices:
Are subject to change and may be affected by
Hair lengths, density, operator, etc.

Consultations:
Consultations for all type of our services are available.
All consultation Fee prior to booking will be credited toward your Service.

Cancellations:
The service(s) you select are reserved especially for you.
The Salon reserves the right to charge a fee for appointments not canceled within our policy.
25% - 100% of service total for services not cancelled without a 24-hour cancellation

Special Notice.
Sorry but No Shows without calling to cancel WILL NOT be reschedule.

Payment:
Visa, Master Card, Cash, Check, and Debit Cards.

Punctuality:
We will always try our best to accommodate our clients.
However, please understand the time reserved for you is specific to the service(s) booked.
Services may be shortened/changed accordingly. To allow for unhurried service(s),
we respectfully request that all guests arrive on time.

Children:
Children’s services are happily provided every day.
However to ensure a relaxing atmosphere and the most efficient service, children are not permitted to wait in the
service area. All children (12 years and younger) must remain in the reception area with adult supervision.

Returned Checks:
There is a $30 returned check fee for all returned checks.

Gift Certificates:
Are exchangeable for other services but are not refundable and have no cash value.
Cell phones:
For the consideration of our guests, we request that cell phone use be limited.
Service:
Due to the nature of our service(s), refunds are not available.
We proudly stand behind our work and if for any reason you are not satisfied,
please bring it to our attention within seven days of the service and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Personal Information:
Information requested is to better serve you and is for salon use only. Personal information is never shared with
outside parties and should only be given to front desk personnel to ensure your privacy.
